I started it like two weeks before Halloween and then it sat there while I suffered through exams and then I picked it up again this weekend. Hurray!
These are characters from a sort of bookish thing that and I have been working on. From left to right their names are Shaniawa, Daffodil, Indigo, and Eevee. And you could probably guess a little on their personalities with their respective seasons.
Summer, Autumn, Winter, and Spring
Shani has a freaking ton of space and then the rest of them are kind of out of whack...meh. I really like how it turned out though, for a background it's not so bad. I've been experimenting with shading too (i.e. I just shade everything whether it makes sense or not and it overall makes the picture look better) and I've started adding highlights too which also make it look better. Success!
I feel the need to say that I think Eevee's outfit is sort of hideously ugly. It could have been cute but the colors I chose are kind of...don't even know. Bad. Plus her head's sort of flat. Indy and Shani's outfits are probably my favorites. Daff's okay she's a cool kid :3
LONG EXPLANATION TERMINATED
AND HOLY AWESOME I'M GOOD AT DRAWING TREEZ
Characters belong to and so don't do it
p.s. Daff's cat ears and tail are a costume because HALLOWEEN is in the fall. She's not some psycho cat lady or one of those freaky hybrids.
